Mice Facts

Mice are hardcore

Weird Fact: A mouse can squeeze through a hole the size of a ballpoint pen.

Mice are surprisingly malleable. Thanks to their soft skulls and squidgy bodies, they can squeeze their entire mousey selves through a hole just 0.25 inches (6mm) wide.

Mice usually live outside in the summer months but weasel their way indoors to escape winter. They make it in through some remarkable gnawing, squeezing, climbing and jumping tactics. They can gnaw through almost anything; conrete, lead – you name it. They can climb vertically and upside-down. And they can jump 18 inches (46cm) high.

So it’s no surprise when we find mice sneaking into our homes to find warmth and food scraps. For their amazing talents, I think they earned it.
